Samhain oracle

As the wheel of the year turns yet again toward Samhain, I always find myself reaching for one of my favourite decks the Samhain Seasons of the Witch Oracle. There’s something about its energy that feels like stepping into the in between of our worlds! Deeply rooted in the spirit of transformation.

This deck is a reminder that death and rebirth are two sides of the same cycle. The imagery is dark yet comforting, reminding us that shadow work and introspection are sacred acts of renewal.

Samhain, celebrated from October 31st to November 1st, marks the ancient Celtic New Year a time when the veil between the worlds is said to be at its thinnest. It’s the final harvest, a sacred pause between life and death, light and shadow. Traditionally, it was a night to honor ancestors, light candles for those who have passed, and reflect on the cycles of endings and beginnings in our own lives. Spiritually, Samhain invites us inward to release what no longer serves, to listen to our intuition, and to find wisdom in stillness. It is both an ending and a promise that after every descent, there is renewal.

I LOVE the Seasons of The Witch decks, I use them very specifically for the current seasons, It helps me follow the natural cycles of nature and learn to flow with them, and how to walk with more intention into the dark half of the year. It’s a beautiful way to honor Samhain’s energy, connecting not only with spirit but with the quiet truth within.
