Your relationship with money was shaped long ago, before you ever started your business. The key is to recognize this, and take action! These stories sink deep into your subconscious and play out in sneaky ways, it can look like undercharging and over giving! "Money is hard to get."

The Shift: Choosing a new narrative! A more empowered one! "I am open and available for money to Flow to me!"

2. Blocking the Flow and Holding Too Tightly

Money is energy and energy flows. So often, when we finally start making money, fear creeps in:“What if it goes away?" "I will never be good with money." When you grip too tightly, you signal to the Universe that you don’t trust the flow and that energy of contraction stops new abundance from coming in.

The Shift: Practice being in flow! Let it move and breathe, give it a job to do. That might look like paying yourself first, donating a small amount joyfully, or investing in something that supports your growth. “I trust that more will come. I am in flow with abundance.”

The Shift: Operate from overflow not lack! When you feel that scarcity creep in, remind yourself, “I am always supported. Money is a renewable resource."
